Demystifying the Economy of $HOPE: A Tokenomics Breakdown
The Game of $HOPE thrives on a carefully balanced economy fueled by its in-game currencies: $HOPE, $L, and individual KOL tokens. Here's a comprehensive breakdown of the tokenomics for each:
$HOPE Tokenomics:
Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 $HOPE – This represents the total number of $HOPE tokens ever created, ensuring a finite supply.
Distribution:
Liquidity Pools (40%): 40% of $HOPE supply will be split into different LPs:
39% in $HOPE/$USDC
1% in $L/$HOPE
Game Reserve (20%): This reserve is dedicated to supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of The Game of $HOPE. Such as LP for $KOLs.
Marketing (20%): These tokens are used to fuel marketing initiatives, attracting new and bigger KOLs, players and growing the $HOPE community.
$SAVE Holders Airdrop (20%): $SAVE is $HOPE's creator and investor and a portion of $HOPE tokens is distributed to holders of $SAVE to reward them for their support.
Transaction Tax (3/3): A 3% tax is applied to every $HOPE transaction. Here's how it's broken down:
Marketing (1%): Supports ongoing marketing efforts.
Team (1%): Funds the development team behind The Game of $HOPE.
$SAVE Treasury (1%): Contributes to the $SAVE ecosystem's treasury.
Tax Transparency: Future uses for tax allocation might be explored with the development of additional games.
$L Tokenomics:
Total Supply: 100,000,000,000 $L – A significantly larger supply compared to $HOPE, reflecting the intended use of $L tokens.
Distribution:
Liquidity Pool (10% per Pool | Total 50%): $L tokens are split and allocated to multiple liquidity pools, ensuring smooth trading for $L alongside $HOPE (10%), $SAVE (10%) and potentially other tokens within the ecosystem (details on the 30% reserved allocation are not yet available).
Game Reserve (50%): This reserve holds $L tokens that will be distributed to players who experience a "rugged" KOL token (where the token loses value). This mechanism helps soften the blow of a rug pull and incentivizes continued participation.
Transaction Tax (2/2): A 2% tax is applied to every $L transaction, with all of it (100%) going to the $L Reserves. This helps replenish the pool used to compensate players who get rugged. Future uses for tax allocation will be explored with the development of additional games.
$KOL Tokenomics:
Total Supply: 100,000,000 per KOL Token – Each KOL within the game will have its own token with a capped supply of 100 million.
Distribution:
Liquidity Pool (95%): The vast majority of each KOL token is allocated to the corresponding LP, ensuring market liquidity for that specific token.
KOL Allocation (5%): A small portion is reserved for the KOL themselves, potentially for promotional purposes, personal sale or anything they might think of.
No Transaction Tax: There are currently no transaction taxes on KOL tokens, allowing for free trading within the game.
Understanding the System:
This tokenomics structure creates a balanced ecosystem within The Game of $HOPE. The limited supply of $HOPE tokens ensures their value, while the transaction taxes generate revenue for various purposes. $L tokens act as a safety net for players who experience rug pulls, while KOL tokens with their own independent economies allow players to invest strategically.
Remember: This information is based on what's currently available. The developers reserve the right to make adjustments in the future, so staying informed through the game's official channels is crucial.
